Application forms are available online and at our location. Application submission can be done in three ways:
1. In-person drop off
2. Faxed to Grace Mansion at (778) 329 0679 , please include “Attention: Intake Team” on the fax cover sheet.
3. Emailed to Grace Mansion at GraceMansion.Intake@salvationarmy.ca please include “Attention: Intake Team” in the email’s title.
